Waddles

My brother-in-law Deric is the creative type! He makes all of our videos for Brownduck.com. We even have a YouTube Channel! ( https://www.youtube.com/user/WaddlesatBrownduck) You should definitely check it out sometime! 

Anyway, when Jenn, Deric and I get together magic happens! Most of the time it’s even respectable magic ;-)! Anyway, one weekend a couple of years ago Mom and Dad commissioned Deric to shoot some videos about Carhartt FR Clothing. The idea was that we would create how to videos about fitting and caring for Carhartt FR items. During all of the brainstorming we decided that what we needed to set these videos apart was a duckling! A real life Waddles.

If you don’t already know, the animated little duckling that you see on some of the Brownduck.com material is named Waddles. (He was another of our bright ideas!) Well we wanted a real life Waddles! We thought he would be fun to play with, so one day we sat out to procure a live mascot for Brownduck.com. We ended up at an Amish family’s house where we paid a whopping $5.00 for our new mascot! He was pretty cool to have around, and he is featured at the end of most of the videos on our YouTube Channel! If you have some time, you should check him out!
